Register Your Team

Complete the online registration form with your team details. Our team will review and confirm your application within 48 hours.

Secure Your Spot

Make your deposit to confirm your place. Flexible payment plans available. Full payment due 7 days before the tournament begins

Receive Confirmation

Get your welcome pack with helpful reminders of the last few steps to be completed on your journey to the tournament.

Receive Final details

Closer to the tournament, we will send you all tournament details: your rooming information, a detailed schedule for each of your teams and your travel details for final confirmation.

Arrive & Check-In

Arrive at your destination. Our team will be there to welcome you and assist with check-in and orientation.

Play & Experience

Compete, explore, and create memories. Our team handles everything so you can focus on the experience.

When should I arrive?

Your package begins with dinner on Thursday Matches begin on Friday morning

How do I get there?

Nearest airports for our football tournaments are: Verona (VRN) Bergamo (BGY) Bologna (BLQ) Venice-Treviso (TSF) Venice Marco Polo (VCE) Milan Malpensa (MXP) Milan Linate (LIN) Nearest train station is Verona Porta Nuova We can arrange airport transfers for you if you wish; we quote you the best prices we can find, no margin for us; if you can do better, we strongly encourage you to use your own transfers.

When do I depart?

After lunch on Sunday If you need to get away earlier, we can arrange your final match at 09.00 and organise a packed lunch.

How many players do I need?

Our football tournaments are 7x7 (u16 and u18) and 8x8 (u11 and u14). Most schools find that 11 or 12 players is a good number to aim for, providing a good balance between individual playing time, tiredness and possible injuries.

Is there a free place for our coach / team manager?

At our football tournaments, we provide one free place per team

I am a coach; do I get a single room?

Schools wishing to stay in Hotel Antares should choose accompanying adults who are happy to share twin rooms: single availability is very limited Schools who require only single room accommodation for accompanying adults should ask to be placed in our alternative hotels

What is your cancellation policy

If you cancel your team’s participation … MORE than 60 days before kick-off: deposit payment refunded MINUS a E250 administrative fee 30 to 60 days before kick-off: tournament credit for future participation (MINUS a E250 administrative fee) LESS than 30 days before kick-off: No refund
